Students and working people, who can not attend regular classes due to various reasons; part-time courses have come as blessing for them. Distance education and learning has opened up many opportunities for them and their views on higher education.

Speedy changes in technology have produced great changes in the educational systems and patterns too. Today, the management degree is a necessity, whether one has to make an entry in the corporate world or even to move to higher positions in organizational hierarchy. Owing to the busy schedules of corporate world, working professionals can not think of signing up for regular studies. Therefore, come the executive courses into picture and takes the ride. This is the best and easiest way to complete the dream of pursuing without taking a break from the race. Furthermore, adding devices to his resume and looking for some weighting brings.

Undoubtedly, regular business management courses and executive courses hold clear line of differences between them. Unlike regular classes and visits colleges, is part time classes made up two or three times a week. Apart from this, classes conducted for part-time and executive course are mostly during evening hours, so that working professionals are able to cope with their professional life and education. Other than that, education is a part almost the same as regular courses. In fact, the course content of executive programs is on par with regular courses and also teaches more on practical front. This is because most students enrolled in these courses are already working and do have basic understanding of business management and thus they need more of practical training then theoretical knowledge.

Are we studying the real education?

As we know that thousand of people are coming and passing day by day, but no body keeps any account. Some people are there, whose names are written in the golden letter of history and in our memory also. Were those people of some extraordinary talent? The answer is an obvious "NO". Its just that they they could understand their real talent and then thought of pursuing with the same.

In this fast paced life, how many of us have actually took a minute out and think that what are we heading for? I am sure this one would come out of one million. We are just running and would say not even running, this crowd is dragging us to a path not known to all most all of us.

We can not demand that the educational qualification is the real sign of an educated persons, because those educational certificates are not the yard sticks to measure the potential of a person. Just sneak a fast glance around and you would find the virtuality of my statement. Our youth is getting itself enrolled in any of the so called educational programmes, wherein includes some business management courses, some vocational and some executive too. But, are they actually gonna make any worth out of it?

The real education lies in finding you self and elightening the darkness of ignornace. Be a good creator and innovator. Always try to innovate the newness for the personal development. The humbleness is one of the sign of the real educator, who dedicates his/her life for the  personal enlightenment and thus takes the entire nation along.
